I am the resident of Patna(Bihar) few days back a new servicing station have been laid by u it was good to see such a big servicing centre being established in such a developing town. but it wasnt worthful the servicing provided by u in the above servicing station is not upto the mark when compared to ur status to that of HYD it is waste. I own a MARUTI ZEN BY no AP 25 H 718 that was given for servicing on 19th oct 2006 still the delivery havent been made.
When we questioned they were saying some parts have been damaged and it needs to be changed all the crew over there are not the proffesional workers no one as the attitude. every afternoon they call and say ur vehicle is ready when we go on to collect they make a problem out of it and makes delay in delivering the vehicle and at the same time they go on making the huge bills seeming that they would be paid by the customers.and there is no proper spares available available with u in this unit always they say we have to get them from hyd or outside in other local dealers. in this unit there no responsible person to whom we can interact.
I am questioning u that is it the way to interact with the customers and it seems that u r treating the customers as the money source.we give u respect for the service provided by u in HYD but in NIZAMABAd it is waste. and I want to make u sure that if this is going to continue for more time once the customer u have came about u wishes to ran away from u .
