I had been to your service center at Begumpet behind shoppers stop for getting our vehicle No AP29AM8179 (temp regd no.AP09TZ T/R 9191)serviced and for minor scratches and dents repaired on 11-11-10 time 11.00 am. The vehicle was received by one Mr. Azmat cell No. 9703806333. He then asked us to wait in the visitors lounge for the other executive who looks after insurance claims to come and attend to us. The lady coordinator standing near the entrance, after repeated reminders asked us to go to second floor to meet the concerned person Mr. K. Umashankar/cell no. 9885600113 who received the vehicle and told us that it would be delivered within four days.Yesterday i.e. after 8 days I tried to call Mr Umashankar to enquire about the vehicle But could not get him so I tried Mr. K.V. Ramana"s no. who in turn asked me to call one Mr. Ramesh , he searched for some time and took the vehicle no. once again and told me that since the vehicle no. was not available with him , he didn’t take any action till now and promised to deliver within two days and apologized for the delay that too after I called to remind him. I really find this type of attiMr_customtakeouter really surprising that too from a reputed organisation like Varun Motors.
Hence I request the concerned authorities to revamp the organisation and see that this type of delays are not made.
