Even I am very keen on buying a Wagon R and went to showroom to check features and compare it with other Maruti car models.
The Salesman named Vasanth at Varun motors (Banjara Hills - Hyd).... uuf such a crap...he couldn’t speak and explain the benefits of Wagon R above other car in same segment.
And the first thing he took from me is my Mobile number and since then everyday I receive atleast two calls from Varun Motors.
We asked him about festival offers and break up of charges which I guess doesn’t even know a bit of that.
When asked about ’’ABS’’ he said there’s nothing like ABS ...... funny .. isn’t it.
When asked about ’’Handling charges’’ he was speechless ..... didn’t know what does that mean ...... but only knew that you have to pay Rs.1400 against it.
I strong urge Maruti Udyog to please make sure your dealers hire and train smart sales executive else its Maruti whose losing its image.
