I think my experience with Varun Motors is consistent with the experience that others have faced. I bought a Black SX4 from Varun Motors (Begumpet) and have had a horrible experience dealing with them. First they tried to get me to accept a SX4 that had scratches on it. When I refused to take the car, they told me that they would keep a good car ready 2 days hence. The second car also had marks on it. This time around the manager at Varun Motors assured me that the marks would go away by wiping with a wet cloth.
It turns out that at the places where the marks were seen, the paint started chipping out. Now Varun Motors wants to do a Teflon Coating on the car to get rid of the marks, but refuse to give any kind of assurance that this job will last for at least one year.
I think it was a mistake to approach Varun Motors in the first place.
