1st time
I given my vehicle for service they told u need to replace the timing chain. they quoted the price of whole service 6000-6, 500 so I agreed they kept my vehicle for 3 days I have called lot of time no proper response given .but I got one update saying that while opening the engine bolts were broken because of the rust .i am really surprised how the rust come inside of the vehicle I visited the varun and asked them to show where the rust they showed broken bolts which are in good condition at that time lathe man came fixing this bolt issue I asked them what is the problem they said because non proper operation bolts were broken.why do they need to lie? they are still making the stories .and finally my bill became 13500 more than double the expected amount .they didn’t even informed me.
2nd time
I recently purchased new vehicle swift dzire I hit by small rod on the road so my front bumper little bit damaged. after one month I have given my vehicle for the first service so I asked them repair my bumber after first service im getting black smoke from the back .i raised complaint I have given back they said because of the bumper hit some pipe was damaged they need to replace so I asked them to go for insurance claim . they kept my vehicle for 3 days after that they said no problem with the ac coolant one of the tube was broken.on the insurance you will get only 300 claim its better to drop from the claim .without consulting me they replaced my bumper with painting finally I have been charged for 6500. now also im getting this black smoke
