It would be great if members could share details of TRAI and consumer court addresses which are authorized to take action against Vasai cable. Everything which is mentioned above by other members about bad service and connection holds true for me. Have lost money on prepaid packages and downgraded so that the money saved could be used for blackberry internet services. That way atleast my emails are not affected.
If you are aware of internet service providers in vasai offering quality and service and stable connections then please do share the same too.
