One of the most pathetic and F#$ up service providers. The only reason it exists is that there are no other players around. They do not believe in the concept of CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Once the customer pays(that’s in advance), they will not bother responding to his/her queries/issues at all. I have been getting 100 different reasons and 1000 commitments of query resolution but its been 8 days since my internet connection has stopped working and no one is responding to our complaints.
The so called customer support number takes at least 2 mins(and several attempted) to get connected to an agent, who according to their training are of no use as they do not have any knowledge or authority. The so called IMAGINARY Team Leader is always in meeting(as if Reliance was running the organization).
All they can do is forward your complaint to seniors who will try to get back as soon as possible - which never happens. Visit the place and it will look like its run by bunch of goons.
