The most pathetic service. I have been Vasai Cable Internet providers customer for 7 years and trust me when I say that it has been nightmarish.
I am a very heavy user but VCPL doesn’t allow you to be one, it’s almost always down. The net goes pop for days together. It has been frustrating to wait for the engineer to arrive. The after service or the term Customer service is lost on them. The calls are never returned. The net seems more like a lottery draw during weekends. The speed though at times is provided as promised or we can say something nearer to what has been promised. It drops very often.
I have discontinued their services and have got Tikona, a little lesser speed but reliable. My humble request please don’t waste your money on VCPL rather give it for charity.
