Could be a miss understanding you had dude! because this was not the experience I had when I approached Vasan hospital at Trivandrum for the treatment of my mom. Right from the moment I entered the hospital, I felt so comfortable. Care was all I found in the staff of the hospital. My mom underwent the cataract surgery and all along the process, from the time of registration and after the surgery, the staff educated me with all the procedures step by step and I was never lost or puzzled on what procedures were happening.
To my delight, there were these hospital staff calling my home and inquiring on my mom’s sound health and advising on how to take care of her eye after the operation. Now this is what you call "care" .
Dude, I feel there really should be something that you have really missed out on some communication.
Even though, you being so concerned , instead of publishing such stupid blogs about such a trustful and caring hospital like Vasan on the net, you instead could have approached the hospital management for any assistance.
