I bought a Sony TV in the last diwali 2021 from vinayagapuram vasanth and co, Kolathur , Chennai -99 offer by Bajaj finance scheme and they assured Rs 10000 cash back. Cash back will be distributed as a Rs 2500 will be credited in bank account and Rs 2500 for mobile recharge and remaining Rs 5000, u can buy a any product worth of the mentioned amount from the same vinayagapuram show room .Today I went to the show room they replied u have to buy Rs 10000 worth of product then only we will discount RS 5000. This is totally fraud work . When I am buying this is not mentioned and no such word in the coupon. While we r buying they talk smoothly but after sales they talk in different way and roughly. Even Bajaj finance people also cheating with vasanth and co. last week also i made a enquiry about sound bar through Bajaj finance. But this type of attitude no one think Bajaj finserve. No justice .Bajaj finance girl behaviour is very worst and she said wherever u mail this is the final. they don’t know how to face the customer.
Very worst service and is the camp of cheating people. Kindly do favour for the customer.
