I somehow pay approximately the same amount of mortgage as a tenant but then I want to pay the same as owner. This makes lot of difference, is it not? So let’s begin our journey as a good investor, then as a better then we could be the best one day.
I think Vasathi builders are better choice to pick with thin wallets in the back pocket before they increase their cost. I would pakka refer anyone to go hit Vasathi’s office. Don’t really hit’em;)
