Available at most small and big stores.
Priced at Rs.35 for a small tub.
Packaging is travel friendly with a flip open cap. It comes in a blue small tub like container. No fragrance so a good point for people with sensitive noses.
My Experience:
I have used Petroleum jelly or popularly know as Vaseline since childhood for my dry chapped lips. But recently when I was out of my Cleansing Milk for removing makeup, I thought of trying Vaseline. With many good reviews to support this claim of removing makeup efficiently, I too didnt think twice. With a small cotton ball, I dabbed a bit of vaseline on it, and started to remove my face makeup. The efficiency part is good. It does remove my makeup but renders my face super-oily. I have to compulsorily use a facewash after I used this. Using Vaseline for eye makeup removing is an absolute no-no! I did it, and it was kind of irritating. The gel like consistency just sticks onto the lids. I had to immediately rub off everything, not to damage my eyes.
Pros:
-Affordable and easily available
-Cheap alternative to costly makeup removers
Cons:
-May irritate skin
-Renders skin super-oily
-Definitely not to be used on eye makeup
Overall, a product I would sugget only if you dont have a proper makeup remover.
