I am sharing my experience till now. Flat layout is good and well ventilated but when it comes to work, I found that their process is not well organized. For example there is no one to check quality of work going on. A major issue is that In order to make your flat ready, they take 100% payment. Now, for builder, it is over and you can keep on asking their staff for flat status. In my case, I did not get any communication after 100% payment that my flat is ready for possession. At last when visiting the site periodically once they said flat is ready, there were so many small small things to be completed. Overall my experience has not been a pleasant one.So, don’t get just impressed by sample flat which they will show in same society.
