I had given rs. 50000 in cash as advance and rest in equal monthly installment amonting to Rs. 340000. I paid all my emi timely and when I went for registry formalities then this Mr Shashank kept me fooling with new date on every Leave from Air Force. Now I am retired but they have not called my for registry and I have hired Adv Kaviya Singh for case. Now dont want any property I just want my money back. Booked plot number 375, measuring 1250 sq ft in Lotus Valley Residential Plots Project in Bakshi ka Talab, Sitapur Road, Lucknow, launched by M/s Vasundhara Lotus Infratech Pvt Ltd 4th Floor Eldeco Corporate Chamber-II Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow-226021 on 26 August 2013 August, 2013 after very aggressive advertising. Paid full price of the plot of Rs 531250.00 as per the agreement in sixty EMIs from October 2013 to September 2018 all EMIs cheques in addition to the Booking Amount of Rupees One Lakh paid on 26 August 2013. ALL cheques encashed by M/s Vasundhara Lotus Infratech Pvt Ltd, extremely promptly.

Now, the Project is not coming, but company is not refunding money. Company is NOT responding to any mails, letters, phones, messages, visits to their office etc.

This is an example of Extremely Poor Customer service, Unfair Business Practices and taking the customer for a ride.

Even after five years, I have not received my registration. This company needs to be taken to court. The guy and his army of useless sales force consistently lie. These guys are blatantly cheating people, probably under the aegis of political affiliation.  I request people to contact me at litigatevg@gmail.com. The guy and his useless people keep deleting comments which showcase them in a bad light. So much for new India. I was dealing with Shilpi Verma, Kirmani, and Sudhir Singh. All these people should be held responsible for their promises to unsuspecting investors.
