Vatika Infotech is a cheat company, they take money towards booking of those properties which are already sold to other people & don’t care customer after taking money. Customer has to run here & there to get his money back or property booked. Pl. be careful while dealing with them & don’t trust them. They did same thing with me. I booked a plot in 2006 & they sold same plot to someone else & didn’t even bother to return my money till 2012.
