After much of it’s hype and constant bragging by friends, I decided to pay Vault Cafe a visit.
Unexpectedly my experience there was one among the worst experiences ever.
The staff workers didn’t have proper co-ordination and eye for the customers. We already told them that we had a coupon with us and we had given it to them earlier. But they didn’t use the coupon in the bill and after reminding them later, we were served with a fresh bill. The ambience was average. They didn’t let us sit on the couches due to some rules even though the lounge was empty.
Then we ordered 3 things:-
Some drinks.
Chicken wings- the gravy was very thin. It had something sweet. I didn’t like it.
Hukkah- The worst hukkah I had ever tried in my life.
Some mocktails.
TBH we headed to another nearby lounge because we didn’t feel quite full. Please go for another as our experience was a total disaster.
