I am in touch with this agency (owner: Ganesh [9901228787/7411883932/08049174669, a differently abled person) since October 2013. He initially promised for 12 months service and sent one maid. He collected his commission after 15 days. Exactly after I paid him the commission, the maid started lazying around and created lots of problems due to which we sent her back. He gave us another maid after 2 months after we kept asking him for replacement. This time he said, he has changed his policies due to difficulties he faced and he promised only for six months service. The second maid who came did nothing and she said she did not know any work. We helped her to learn all. But she always had problems. She wanted to share bedroom with us and wanted to sleep only on our bed. She also created lots of issues at home otherwise. When she wanted to go, the agent asked her to stay for a month so that he can find one replacement. She left exactly in a month and the agent did not arrange any new maid. When this maid left she took some of my children’s items with her.
We are still waiting for about a month for the replacement. Nowadays he is not even picking the call and not responding to our messages. Someone else picks up the call and says he is not in town. This guy keeps his face so genuine but he cares only about the maids and not about clients. He keeps circulating these maids for new clients. The two maids he sent wanted separate room and more facilities than what our family members get but did not want to do any work. They also bad mouth about us to other maids at home and also create problems with other family members.
Please be careful about this agency and not go with the Agency owner’s polite face to face talk. He does not abide by what he says. Every time he has reasons for everything like no balance in mobile to call back, the maid refused at last minute, spent long time in court for some case, internet service provider (like sulekha, just dial) cheated him, etc., I seriously doubt the ratings given in internet as he made us go through so much all these months. He wants money and he quotes lesser commission so that people fall in trap easily.
Please double check and be careful before you give him money. Take your own decision.
