Firstly I want to mention that those who are giving good reviews must be working directly at v centric and bad reviews are by those who have worked at client location on v centric payroll, so please keep in mind the difference:)
Like many other people, I also worked at client location for v centric.
I suggest never ever go through such a consultancy, until and unless you don’t have any other option in the world and you are too desperate for a job(like I was, when I moved to hyderabad)
-Its so hard to get your relieving letter(you will nit get it till u threaten them to put a case against them, after calling them 100 times a day for atleast 2 months)
-you will never be able to get in touch with anyone and they wl never respond to your calls or give you proper answer to anything
-You will have a hard time getting your full and final settlement as well as your form 16 and any other tax related docs.
Try to STAY AWAY from V centric., .on whole I can say the worst comp to work with
