Can you please let me know the SLA of any vehicle delivery once it has been given for service? I would like to understand the customer care that Fiat is worried about! It helps customers to have better expectations before they give it to service. I’ve given my vehicle at Vecto Motors Bangalore on 2nd Aug 2014 and the vehicle is not yet delivered to me! I am so kind to give my vehicle to Fiat for service.
