I had given by car for service last week of which he estimated the bill to be 12k, on inspection he said need parts replacement which took the cost to 25k my car is run 40000Km, Shanmuk Vaidya had told me the car will be ready by Friday after which I had a family outing that day, he suddenly tells me that he will give the car on Saturady as there are a few things to be changed. I was very furious but said okay, he calls the next day Saturday morning and says the car is ready, as I had been out all night with my family said will come by afternoon and pick the car, reached at 1.30pm had called previous to that also, on reaching tr he says it will take him 10min I am okay with that waited till about 2.30pm this is after we are directly back after a long day no lunch just waiting for the car to be delivered. He said 10min again with was 3:30pm again, after calling repeatedly he decided to give the car by 5pm, with faults still on had to give back the car he said he will fix it and on Monday he will get the car, how can they be on time he called me in the evening saying driver is not at the location and he will drop the car on Tuesday.
