I worked with Vedantu for a year and everything was good till the time a nonsense person with the designation of a manager joined in NIRMAL DAS. He is such a bullshit person that if you talk to him for a minute you will get irritated. He makes his employees against the labour laws and at the time of payment disapproves your work.
I was a freelance content writer since a year. Suddenly he joins in and says that all the articles you wrote in the last few months are not approved. Please work on them but you wont be paid for it as the company has already paid you for this. He is not only harassing the employees but also disgraces the management by saying that’ Company is at a sheer loss because of you, so wont be able to pay u’ and when you reject working he terminates your contract. Same thing he did with me. He did not give my salary of my work and also the experience letter which he promised to give. He is an utter bullshit person. I feel like slapping him. He should be banned from companies for ruining somebody’s life in this lockdown period.
He thinks himself to be the best manager but actually is a bullshit. If the management of Vedantu is fair enough, I believe they will surely terminate him as soon as possible. Because he is not only harassing employees but also ruining the reputation of Vedantu. I request Vamsi sir to terminate the Termite of Vedantu’s reputation’NIRMAL DAS’
