My parents travelled to Kashmir in March 2014 by Veenaworld
They were regular customers of Kesari and were expecting similar good experience by Veena.
But they had a really horrible experience.
At the last moment couple of other groups were merged with senior citizens group with which my parents had traveled, because of this tour managers were not able to handle the group at all.
Group members had to wait in a queue for food for a long time. Many times my parents had to skip lunch due to this.
Also when they used to reach hotel it used to take couple of hours to get the keys. Imagine reaching hotel after a tiring journey and having to face this.
So be careful .
They dont reply to e-mails also.
