Watch it lik you're watchin a superman movie only

I  had read on bad reviews on veer. So was a bit sceptical.

The script is okay although inconsistent. There is a tribe called pindari which is very true to its word(ie Jaban ke pakke sounds like cliche).  There is the enemy neighbor state called Madhavgad. The king of Madhavgad betrays them and with the help of british goras deceitfully kills thousands of pindari. Naturally the leader(Mithun) vows to take revenge.

Somewhere in the chaos the girl (katharina lookalike) meets boy(40+ year old prince charming Salman). Veer goes to london for education. He is humiliated by goras/some desi royal relatives under british patronage. He fights with them with extra natural power (remember rajnikant heroics). He then comes back to India to sort out purani dushmani with Madhavagadh royal family Did I tell you the girl is a daughter of villain (pretty much predictable as in 80 percent of bollywood plot.

Good

Rajasthani folk music. Salman is still young reminded me of Ham apke hain kaun. Sets are fascinating showing the royal families. Good chemistry between Salman and Zarine.

Not so good

There is a lot of confusion sometimes remembering plot (there are lots of stuff like someone vows to do something. Then someone else has some other issues (remember pindaris are jaban ke liye jaan deve vale log.

Verdict : It is okay to watch once if you are a Salman fan.
