My Pancard correction acknowledge no. is 065379700019001. Whenever I check status of my pancard a message is being shown"Your PAN card has been dispatched on 01-Nov-2021 by VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD courier vide airway bill no. 23316611151, at the address for communication indicated by you in the application. The PAN card will be delivered in due time."

As I online tracked this airway bill no. 23316611151. It reached Jaipur on dated 08/11/21 but till date it has not been delivered to my residence.No delivery person has been contacted to me yet.No one pick up the call on its customer number 02240420000 which has been provided on its website
On my side I myself search the address of Jaipur office of "Kerry indev express" on internet.But there is no office is exist on given address which is being shown on Internet.
My Pancard (25.11.21)still not delivered to my address.Current status of AWY no. 23316611151 is shown delivered, But whom delivered is not shown.I have not received my Pancard till date.
Whenever I call or e-mail NSDL. They say to me wait for 2 -3 day.
But my problem still persist.
