I have never seen this kind of pathetic service of a courier company.
As per the NSDL site, my PAN card was dispatched on 20th July from Pune. My delivery address is in Navi Mumbai. Today is 4th of August and it’s still not delivered
No response to the repeated call on the phone as given by Velex on their site. 022-40420000
No response to many of my emails at support@kerryindevexpress.com
And even I have visited their Navi Mumbai office, and still no response.
