Dialysis CGHS PTs treated worse than animals

Off late I guess the hospital is not able to cope with cash flow, the so-called doc asks us to get our pt admitted without any significant signs or symptoms. CGHS people are treated like cash cows and donkeys for them. The doc tells my family what is 3 lacs for you.., and they would admit you in a common shared room saying it’s isolation. So later I asked them for a single room, they said there was none.. when I checked internally with a few common connect I found that they don’t give such benefits to the CGHS pts, even though you qualify. Also, I want to know how does isolation takes place with people whom we don’t know!!!


Since we denied staying in the hospital, that so-called doctor has started treating the Pt like a piece of meat. Please note dear hospital that CGHS is a scheme given to people who have served the Govt. and have also paid for this years back as a health scheme. Just because we show CGHS card, we have no value over there and are treated like they are doing us a favor. I wonder how NABH gives such places accreditation. THE TUBINGs are mixed - with no segregation what’s sterile and unsterile and even the dialyzers kept are mixed. God knows what’s infected or not. The unskilled technician in the Dialysis Unit has pulled out twice as much fluid from the body and then says “oh our machine is spoilt”. we told him that we would complain about this, and he was going wherever you want to. If we tell them their wrong, they tell us that do you think you are a doctor. Also, why have you NOT CALIBRATED YOUR MACHINES!!! HOW CAN YOU USE A NEXT TO LIFE-SAVING EQUIPMENT ON AN LIFE SUPPORT PT!!!!!


Little do they even know whom they are talking with? it seemed to me that they are wanted to try to make the patient suffer and get admitted to making money of the patient from the ICU. Agreed you guys need to survive, but on who’s cost. they have hired an AMS who has no clue on what is going on in the Emergency. There’s a lady in the front office reception who sits on her phone the whole time, and then when you ask her some help, she literally insults you!!!


I urge you guys to be Cautious in case you don’t have any options as of now when sharing your feedback to them on their so-called guest relations ID.. they take this info and tell the doctor and the doctor comes back to you always pissed off.


I’m not here intending to defame the hospital or trying to hurt anyone, but I tried reaching to them earlier and was humiliated. Therefore rather than others suffering, it’s best you ll be cautious of such health care setups.
