This hospital looks regal on the outside with it’s top-notch facilities however, at it’s core it’s full of indifferent and crude people.
My aunt had the most humiliating experience.
Dr Sunil Kumar Gupta (oncologist) in particular displayed unprofessional and prejudiced attitude towards my aunt who is not a native Hindi speaker (from Manipur).
Constantly ignoring, dismissing her and literally shouting at her for not speaking hindi, in front of everybody, while treating other patients warmly- he is a hypocrite and a racist who didn’t consider the emotional state of his patients and disrespected a fellow human being and a citizen of India.
Since day one this dehumanizing behaviour towards us began.
Is Hindi the only language in our country!? As an educated person himself dosen’t he know English? Why is he always scolding and getting angry at my family as if we were kids? Isn’t it the responsibility of a doctor to be sympathetic if not at least be respectful!?
Very disppointed at his deficiency in professionalism. Overall venkateshwar hospital is a dark abyss of incompetence and discrimination.
