Hey guys, I have watched this movie yesterday along with my friends. As a marvel fans, we have enjoyed thoroughly but movie is not upto the mark. The plot is somewhat similar to other superhero scripts. There is no novelity in the script. The fight scenes are okay but they are too dark and shrimp.
Coming to the script, tom hardy is a daily reporter who finds a cringy truth about life research foundation and asks the chairman of that foundation regarding the truth , in a day light interview. Due to which he and his wife gets screwed in their jobs. They both gets fired.
The research in the life foundation is all about the plane crash that takes in the very first scene of the film. The CEO of this foundation, thinks about space exploration and tries to decode the species integration mechanism with the humans, as they find these species aka symbioties in the plane crash site.
How the venom symbiote gets tom hardy, and why those species try to expand their colonization, is the story of the flick.
The background score is good and scary. The scenes are good and interesting to see. More graphics and fight scenes can be included through the filming. The screenplay in the script is lag for first 1 hour, later the script picks up pace.
Overall, a decent superhero debut flick. Audience will love the sequels for this plot. The VFX is good in the film. Some shot ideas are followed from spider man 3 venom character. Just have a watch for this weekend.
