I had opened an account with Ventura securities last year giving 5000 rupees as deposit. My basic requirement was that I needed a web based trading system. Their sales representative assured me of it while opening an account.
After the account was opened I received instructions that I needed to download the’Pointer’ software and install on my system to trade online. It was a big disappointment as I needed only web based and had asked so before opening an account. Even the system’Pointer’ wasn’t good enough to trade from home.
Such sales approach was highly unethical as it is nothing but looting the customer. I would recommend not to go with them for online trading.
I haven’t got any refund even though I did not make any transaction and informed this to their compliance immediately after I understood this reality.
