Further to add to the mystery if the technician has to come home and get it rectified you have to pay him. This guy promptly comes home and sees and tells me that there is no problem, there is a problem with the Plug and before the electrician can check this guy runs away taking his service charge.
The work left incomplete, I again call the service desk but then the reply is if the technician has to come then we have to again pay him for the work that he has not done. This is how the service is done what a wonderful thing, the end user has to make the company and the technicians richer by buying the product once.
