We purchased this Venus water heater for installing in our native place. We chose this brand because it was the most affordable. Rest all brands that we saw were at least 2000 rupees more expensive.
So talking about this venus water heater guys I am not at all happy with my purchase.
Firstly the water heater is huge and bulky, at the same time the outer body is not strong enough. It got a dent on it when we transported it on the carrier of our car.
Well when we turn on the water heater it takes a good 10-12 mins to give you a continues supply of hot water. It is not at all instant. This is not good when there are instant geysers available in the market.
Coming to the internal of this water heater, guys the coil is not of good quality especially prone to damage if you have hard water. The life of the water heater will go down.
Coming to the auto cut off feature, I dont see consistency in it. It sometimes works some times does not. And as a result the power consumption go up! That is the last thing I want.
Well over all there are many issues with venus water heater. I would not recommend it. Instead it is better you spend more money and get a better product.
