i had purchased a venus water heater in 2005 (4 years back) along with another water heater remson the coils in venus are different of the other company remson, i have replaced venus coils 3 times till date but have replaced the remson coil only once till today and have been really disappointed with venus being such a big brand and I dont get service at the right time for the product , the first time when I called them I got good service later after a year I call the service centre and they delay the service to a week, I didnt get a positive response from the service personal but had a very bad time from them as they didnt respond properly. as I have rated service poor on top.. the drawback was I paid a lot of money to replace the coils 3 times just after the warranty period of 1 year within 4 years.
i notified one thing in this process venus is the only company with ceramic coils in their water heaters where as every other company use copper coils which is easily available cheaper, better and last longer.
i just became an electricman before creating this write up. research before you choose.
