We had purchased a venus water heater and it stopped working in just 3 months. Complained about it to customer care. Got complain number - 150817181. That was in August 2015.It has been four months now and nobody has even bothered to call.
The water heater is under warranty and it is going to be over in January. We have winter coming up now and as of now we are planning to just throw it in the bin and buy a new one. If the company can’nt provide after sales service, then why to promise it.
