Ive had verizon for less then 3 months and yet the seem to have screwed my bill up more in 3 months then at&t did in 5 yrs., the joke is on me for thinking that
1.) I could call verzion customer service to get the issue resolved.
2) for thinking that they would care my bill is wrong
3.) for thinking that I deserve respect from there customer service dept , I spoke to 9 reps and 5 supervisors , I was treated like a 2nd class citizen , I was laughed at and even hung up on my recommendation is to not make the same 2 yr mistake I did, I was much happier with both at& t and with sprint. they at least listen to you and they fix your issue and verizon is boastful almost like yeah we have 80million customers, I was told that 12 times in 9 convo with verizon reps.THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS OR THERE ISSUES
