I had purchased this Vestar split AC before 3 months ago and the customer service representatives are not responsive now I am getting problem of less cooling so I tried to contact them 5 times and they are telling that they can reach shortly but they are not reaching us when I using the AC the cooling is good in the early days of purchase AC and now the cooling became very very worst thing and it is not cooling up to the mark and consuming electricity more so and totally it is a bad experience and totally lost of my money.
