According to my experience Vestar don’t provide good customer service.cleaning and servicing charges are very high. Also their service is very slow.Cooling power of 1 ton AC is average.jet air flow is very poor.air goes maximum of 3 foot from the machine.it takes about 15 minutes to completely cool down the room temperature.Also it sounds a lot.which may creat problem at sleeping time. I’m not satisfied with this product.not reliable too.Also this ac is not qith five star so it is not a good product for powre saving. Overall this is not a worthy product.Go for voltas AC much better than this.
