Guys i’ve been mugged up by shoppers stop. I bought a vettorio fratini shoe model no : VF733-BR for Rs. 2699.00. In a single use shoes is like crap. I stubbed a cigarette with it and the **sole burnt and melted from that place(its so fragile that it cannot bear a small pinch of heat ). spoke to shoppers stop Customer care on phone, they asked me to bring that shoe and will replace it. After travelling for an hour I reached to the shoppers stop located in noida ’the great india place’.SS people refused to take it back.
so guys, I would suggest not to buy anything of this brand. as its SS owned brand, after this incidence, I am not going to visit any Shopper stop any more.
