For anyone looking to buy a decent flat in Bangalore and not going for reputed brands, the ONLY option is to look for a decent small time builder who constructs a minimum 8-10 flats on joint development.
The issue with this, we go by trust rather than online research cos we typically don’t find them online, neither do they have websites or do they have reviews as their only objective is to make money and flee the scene.
When I browsed for this builder online while buying a flat I did not find any resources and ended up struggling later. So, to whoever may have landed on this review looking for details about his construction or developer...my ONE and ONLY advice is BEWARE and just stay away and avoid regretting later! Your money is definitely worth investing elsewhere!!!
