Vodaphone VI is the worst network in India. We are so angry and frustrated at their customer service. We have about 30 CUG connections for our institution. We wanted to change the caller tune & hence have been following up for the last 2 months.
They dont pick up the calls, even the customer support at thier outlets are also arrogant and will not give us proper response. Finaly we have decided to port from Vodaphone to Airtel , if this is not resolved by end of this month by VI .
