In this review, I will be discussing my experience with Vi network that I have been using for years. Unfortunately, my experience with this network has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The network is incredibly unstable, with frequent switching between 4G and 2G speeds and sometimes no internet at all. This made it very difficult for me to work online, as the constant fluctuations in network speeds made it nearly impossible to get anything done.
In addition to the unstable network speeds, I also experienced regular outages in network availability. At least once a week, the network would go down for 4-5 hours at a time. I contacted customer support numerous times, but the issue was never resolved. I was told that the problem would be fixed within 2 hours, but it would often take 5-6 hours for the network to come back online.
Another major problem I encountered with this network was difficulty connecting calls. I received many complaints from people who were trying to call me but were unable to connect. I also experienced this problem myself. Furthermore, I contacted customer support about this issue, but it was never resolved. I even went as far as to change my phone, thinking that the problem might be with my device, but the issue remained.
Due to all these issues, I decided to switch to another network, JIO. I found that this network to be much more stable and reliable. However, I was tempted back to Vi network by an attractive data offer. Unfortunately, I regret this decision as the network switching problem is still there, and I am eagerly waiting for my 90 days lock period to complete so that I can port to other networks.
Overall, I would not recommend this network to anyone. The constant issues with network stability, availability and call connectivity are incredibly frustrating and making it nearly impossible to get anything done. If you are considering this network, I would strongly advise you to look into other options.
