I booked a ticket for my mom through an agent LTQXFB. For changes in the flight ticket, I contacted the Via.com who qouted extremely crazy amount of AED 325 per ticket. I questioned this as, for the same flight I booked two more tickets through another agent. They quoted a proper amount of AED 190 per ticket.
Via.com told me that you can contact the airline for further clarification.
When I contacted Jetairways, there response was as below:
No response on email.
Call center - they are not ready to give me the details for what are these charges, when the fare that I orignally booked was refundable and there is not much of price difference now.
I am ready to aishwaryasingh23 the charges, which are genuine. These guys are trying to rob you without any fear.
