The Best experience ever. They are truly the best online booking service provider I have come across. Great service, attractive offers and great support. All that you ever wanted out of a online booking portal is provided by them. The fares provided by them are almost always the lowest.
A big thumbs up to VIA.COM for providing such great service. The only thing lacking is the absence of a full fledged bus service by them. They do have bus services for Tirupati and Shirdi (Which I hear are well managed too.) but would have preferred few more destinations.
