I had booked a flight from Delhi to banglore. But I had some problem so I could not go & I had to cancelled the tickets. And then I contacted customer care for refund. But when I got the information from customer care that this is Cash Point not Cash Back. Via.com told me that these point may redeemed while next booking. But when I was making another booking, I was surprised to see that only few amount was showing against Cash point. & I did not get the actual amount of my refund after cancellation. I would like to informed you that there is not a Cash back offer it seems. Just cheating with customers.
