I was trying to book a hotel in Ooty, on the website all the hotels was showing "on call." I contacted the helpline number, they gave other number and person asks for my mobile number and tell’s me he will call me back.
But never calls. when I try to call them, they say that they will check and call back in 30 min time. But never happened. One of the worst service and irresponsible....
