Booked a flight on via.com after google search showed up their 50% cashback Diwali offer. The ticket was overcharged much more than other sITES_Company, aishwaryasingh23ment gateway charges were high at check out, and the cash back promised was later was indicated as via points( misrepresentation) with a validity of 6 months. The fraud is that there is no cashback and the via points cited are notional and can be drawn down. It comes with an expiry of 6 months and a draw down limit of just Rs 174 per ticket in future. You cannot redeem your points if you go with any go their future discount offers.So they made sure the points never get redeemed.
One need to fly almost daily for 6 months to draw down the points @ 170 points redemption allowed for subsequent flight.that booked without any other discounts.
How long do they think they can fool customers. I, for one am not planing to use the site ever till they come clean!
