I have booked a refundable flt ticket on via app , PNR NO YWG4G for 30th MAY 2020. the flt tkt being refundable. the flt got cancelled. I wrote several emails for refund or for voucher but no response from them they kept saying airline will issue. I had booked ticket with via and paid them and hence via.com is liable for refund. even today it shows cancellation in progress on app even after cloae to 1year. They are frauds, do not book any ticket with via.com
