I have booked a Shirdi package online in via.com. Depature time mentioned in ticket 7.20 PM.

that day evening at around 6 PM I got a call from via.com saying bus will departs at 6.40 PM sharply. So be please be there before that.

More over they asked me come to a different pick point. Because of their last preponement I hurriedly reach the pick up at 6.40 PM. But bus came at around 7 PM.

More interesting(irritating) point is finally the bus started from that pickpoint at 9.15 PM

After bus started when we asked water bottle, they said "There is no stock sir"

(In via.com they explicitly mentioned water bottle, blanket will provided). Had they told earlier about water bottle unavailability, we might have purchased before bus starts.

After reaching shirdi, because of complusion of all passengers, "guide" arranged us water bottle.

(Point here is not about Rs15 water bottle, but sincereness of their service, have told earlier before departure, that could be appreciable)

Apart from initial hiccups, overall trip was good.
