I was booking a flight from KOL to VNS. They first asked me for duplicate booking as they told that the payment gateway failed. But later I saw that they charged for the both attempt.
The customer care on calling said that they will refund it as soon as possible. Its 2 weeks now and I have called them several times, but I have not received my money back. Never use this site.
