This is Shreepathi and I took the viabangalore’s membership during Jan 2014 by paying 30.5K for 3 yrs. At the time of membership they told if you would like to rent out the holidays you can do so at any time and you will get 10K back per annum within 60 days of request.I sent initial request to rent 2014 holidays on 2nd Feb through mail and did the followup till May 2nd through e-mail and phone. I did not get any response.
On 2nd May when I called they said you cannot send request for rent out of holidays within 60 days as the system will not allow and asked me to sent a fresh request and they will process it within 30 days. I did so on 2nd may itself and till now I have not got any response even after 2 followup through mail and if you call them they will say call the mobile after 30 mins and Santhose will answer and if you call Santhose he will say call after some time to landline.
The important thing to note is they are closed on Sunday and Monday and they will work between 11 am to 4 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. So via Bangalore people are very smart enough to avoid reaching out to the members.They have asked me to call again on landline at 12noon. Let’s see how long will this be dragged. They are very careless to attend the mail and good at avoiding calls.
So as of now, I would recommend people not to become via bangalore member.
