Vibes Slimming Center is a big fraud.
Please don’t purchase any package from Vibes Slimming and beauty center. I approached Vibes at Banjara hills seeing and advertising in the newspaper which was just for RS 5999 for 5 kgs and it had mentioned lose up to 5 kgs more. But when I met the manager Mrs.Arifa she added many more things like tummy tucks massages and body massages and said I will lose 10kgs. Thus my bill came up to RS23, 600. And when I asked the manager Mrs ArifUnnisa about the side effects to which she replied our machines have 0 side effects. Till date I have lost only 7 kgs on 5 months. I hardly lose 100-200 grams in those sessions and whenever I enquire about it they blame us stating that your body is not responding and customers are satisfied with our service. And when I spoke with other customers they too said that Vibes only purpose is to loot money from customers and they never give quality service.
Mrs Arifa the manager’s sole purpose is to mint money from the innocent customers. After getting enrolled they never enquire about the clients if they have any concern. Infact they keep on pestering us to buy other new packages or to upgrade the current packages.
I got burn marks on my lower legs due to hot blanket treatment given to me. They did not cover me properly with the bedsheet before putting the hot blanket on my body and due to this negligence I suffered. When I shared my problem with the slimming manager Ayesha she pointed out some other lame reasons for those burn marks. But on my repeated requests and concerns she asked me to meet their in house skin doctor. When I discussed with her about my burn marks occurred due to the hot blankets she gave me an ointment to apply on my feet and asked me to show up after 3 months .And the thing to note here is she never denied it and did not say no it can’t happen with our hot blanket treatment. And even after months my marks were still the same I decided to talk with the manager about it. She too denied and didn’t accept the fact that it happened due to the negligence of their unqualified therapists and infact insulted me by asking go out and meet a dermatologist and find out the name of the disease which happened on my lower legs. They have Ill mannered and rude staff. And in one incident the therapist had placed a wrong machine on my body and only after I raised a doubt she realized her mistake. Such is their level of slimming managers and therapists.
I immediately asked them to stop my hot blanket treatments as soon as I saw those marks appearing. Later on when my sister and mother approached the manager regarding the burn marks on my lower leg she started behaving rudely and inappropriately with them. And just left us in between the conversation and went to other room where new clients were waiting to pay money. She made us wait for one hour and after requesting the staff to ask her to come back and talk to her she suddenly started feeling unwell and asked to wait more till she finishes her lunch. She had no problem until the time she was with new clients to mint money from them but as soon as she came to discuss things with us she said she is unwell. This is the worst customer service. They have got no quality service and untrained therapists. When I enrolled I clearly asked if there are separate sessions for men and women. But after coming out of the room and when we go to check weight sometimes we are asked to go to the washtooms in the male clients sessions area. Sometimes the male therapists comes in front of the ladies and sometimes the male Watchman. There is no proper organization here.
But when I met their skin doctor and another slimming manager Tulsi they did not deny the fact that those burns were due to their hot blanket treatments . Even their skin doctor clearly said that she cannot openly accept the fact that it happened due to the hot blanket sessions because she has to one whatever her senior officials tell her to. My package is not yet completed but I am terrified and afraid that I will harm my self more with those machines. I am uploading the prescription given to me by the vibes skin doctor after she saw my burn marks caused due to their hot blanket treatment.
